Acceptance of terms
By downloading or using PeptideTracker Pro (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App. These terms incorporate Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.
Not medical advice
The App is a personal tracking, logging, and organization tool only. It does not provide medical advice, dosing recommendations, diagnosis, or treatment guidance. Any reference values, preset information, or AI-generated content in the App is informational only and compiled from publicly available sources. Always consult a licensed healthcare professional before making any health-related decision. You are solely responsible for how you use any substance you choose to track in the App.
Subscriptions
PeptideTracker Pro offers an optional auto-renewable subscription ("Pro") billed through your Apple ID: $6.99 per month or $49.99 per year, each with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase, or at the end of the free trial unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods; refund requests are handled by Apple.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or interfere with the operation of the service. The App is intended for personal, non-commercial use by individuals 18 years of age or older.
Your data
You retain ownership of the data you enter into the App. Our collection and handling of data is described in our Privacy Policy. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
Intellectual property
The App, including its design, code, and original content, is owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Third-party content is used under the licenses listed in the App's Credits & Licenses screen.
Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or availability. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, health outcome, or other loss arising from your use of the App.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
