Managing your subscription
Pro is billed through the app store you subscribed with. On iPhone or iPad it's your Apple ID: open Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → PeptideTracker Pro (refunds via reportaproblem.apple.com). On Android it's Google Play: open the Play Store → your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → PeptideTracker Pro (refunds via play.google.com/store/account). Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Pro until the end of the paid period.
Restoring a purchase
If Pro isn't showing after reinstalling or switching devices, open the app → Profile → Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in to the same Apple ID (iPhone/iPad) or Google account (Android) that made the original purchase.
Notifications not arriving
Make sure notifications are allowed for PeptideTracker Pro in your device settings (iPhone: Settings → Notifications → PeptideTracker Pro; Android: Settings → Apps → PeptideTracker Pro → Notifications), then confirm each compound has a scheduled time set. Focus or Do Not Disturb modes can also silence reminders.
Exporting your data
Everything you log can be exported as CSV from the app: Settings → Export Data. The export includes doses, compounds, measurements, workouts, and lab results.
Deleting your data or account
You can permanently delete your account and all associated data from inside the app: open Profile, tap Delete my account, and confirm. This removes all of your records from our servers. You can also email us and we'll process the deletion for you.
Feature requests & bugs
We read everything. Email us with "Feature request" or "Bug" in the subject line — screenshots and steps to reproduce help a lot.
